heal and nourish. journey through: guided meditation, mindful and easeful movement, yin yoga (targeting deep connective tissues to release toxins and stagnant energy) restorative yoga (gentle postures supported by props - slowing down and tuning in), and sound healing (Mikaela plays the ukulele and quartz singing bowls - singing bowls: sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response.
